Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link to follow your package in real time. All NextGen Bullion shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS and are fully insured in transit.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the expected processing window, or if your tracking information has not updated for more than 48 hours after a scan event, contact our team and we will investigate.

For questions about a specific order, have your order number ready when you contact us. You can find it in your order confirmation email or in your account dashboard.
