Shipping and Delivery
Section 1: How We Ship
All NextGen Bullion orders ship via FedEx or UPS to addresses within the continental United States. Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Signatures are required on delivery for orders above a certain value threshold.
Section 2: Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears. Wire transfers and ACH payments clear faster than checks, which can add additional processing time.
Section 3: Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the carrier's routing. Tracking information is provided via email at the time of shipment.
Section 4: Shipping and Handling Fees
NextGen Bullion does not charge for shipping. A flat $24 handling fee applies to purchase orders under $15,000. Orders at or above $15,000 ship with no handling fee. If a package is returned to us due to a delivery error on the customer's part (incorrect address, unclaimed at pickup, repeated failed deliveries), the second shipment is charged at label cost plus handling plus insurance.
Section 5: International Shipping
NextGen Bullion ships only within the continental United States.
Section 6: Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Every shipment is fully insured, and we will file the claim and either replace your order or refund your payment.
