Because precious metals pricing moves with the market in real time, NextGen Bullion follows industry-standard all-sales-final policy on bullion orders once pricing is locked at checkout.
Exceptions
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery in the following cases, and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you:
- •Your order arrived damaged (damaged packaging, damaged coin holders, damaged bars or rounds)
- •Your order is incorrect (wrong product received)
- •Your order is missing items (fewer items than ordered)
- •Your product fails authentication verification
Outside of these exceptions, all sales are final. This policy is standard across the precious metals industry and reflects the fact that product pricing is based on live market rates at the moment of purchase.
